Quality Management Supervisor (Richmond)

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Management Supervisor supports the Contra Costa County Program Director to ensure programs meet all contractual and certification reporting commitments, deadlines, and schedules.  They are also responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow for auditing clinical documentation, communicating trends to program managers and identifying needs for staff training. The QM Supervisor works under the direction and supervision of the Program Director in Contra Costa County. This position also works closely with local program managers, clinical supervisors, administrative support staff, direct services team members and QM staff from other CHAA sites, including our central offices in Oakland.

Co-Occuring Mental Health/AOD Treatment Specialist (Richmond)

JOB SUMMARY 

CHAA's MH/AOD treatment and prevention services target young people referred by schools, families, community and county agencies in West Contra Costa County. This includes youth of African American, Latino, White and Asian American backgrounds in our school- based counseling services program, OATS (outpatient adolescent treatment services) program, and Juvenile Drug Court Program. Mental Health/AOD Specialists provide assessment, intervention and prevention services and activities. They also offer case management services to enrolled youth and their families, community referrals, integration with other CHAA services, and coordination with county probation and school personnel. The MH/AOD Specialist position is supervised by a licensed professional. Training and hours toward mental health professional licensure are available.
