On 18 April 2014, an avalanche on Mt. Everest near Everest Base Camp killed sixteen Sherpa guides. CHAA’s partner, ACHA-Himalayan Sisterhood is hosting a benefit event for the widows and children of the deceased Sherpa guides. Event details on the flyer.
